Who is Unik?
Unik is a Danish company that, since 1985, has developed software for the real estate industry. For more than 35 years, they have developed and delivered the market leading property management system, Unik Bolig, to Danish property managers with portfolios ranging from a few properties to over 70,000 rental units. Unik Bolig handles all types of properties – social housing, private, commercial, and associations – regardless of rental type, and HabiCen will be developed to do the same.
